Apostolic overseer andrew t. wade

Apostolic Overseer Andrew Wade has served in the Full Gospel Churches and Evangelistic Ministries in the ascension gift offices of Pastor, Teacher, Evangelist, and Missionary for over 34 years. Saved and filled with the Holy Spirit while in college at an all-night prayer meeting, Overseer Wade has been on fire for the Lord ever since. As a God-called anointed Evangelist, Overseer Wade founded and established “Onesimus Evangelistic Ministries.” Through this ministry, he has assisted in conducting and attending convocations, conferences, revivals, and crusades throughout the United States and into foreign countries such as Nigeria, Africa, Jamaica, South America, and  Korea to minister to crowds of more than 500,000 people. Overseer Wade has spent many hours in the local and state prisons.  In 1999, God enlarged the ministry vision and changed its name to the “Seventh Seal Commission Center for Deliverance and World Evangelism.” Overseer Wade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida.  He is also a graduate of the Nazarene and United Bible College three-year Ministerial course study. He retired from the Orlando Police Department as its longest-serving Senior Chaplain.  He is a proud father of six, grandfather, and the priestly husband of Bishop Julia Wade.

Bishop Albert L. Jamison, Sr.

Bishop Albert L. Jamison, Sr. is a native of Brooklyn, New York. He serves as the distinguished Pastor of Pleasant Grove Tabernacle in Brooklyn, New York, where he holds the unique honor of pastoring in the church in which he was born and raised and where it is evident that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are powerfully manifested.

 Bishop Jamison is the husband of Lady Dianette Jamison and the proud father of Jourdan Allen and Joshua Jermelle Jamison. His eldest son, Albert J. Jamison, Jr., preceded him in death in January 2001.

 As God began to manifest Himself in Bishop Jamison’s personal life, he was ordained first as an ‘Elder’ by Bishop Jennifer Hudson and the Hudson Temple C.O.G.I.C (1980), called to the ‘Pastorate’ at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (1983). He was ordained as a ‘Reverend’ by the Eastern Baptist Association by Dr. Bob Laws, moderator (1984). In 98, he was consecrated as a ‘Bishop’ in the Lord’s Church at the 31st Annual Session of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, Inc. held in Philadelphia, PA b,y Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr. Founder of Full Gospel Baptist Church International and Bishop Ottis Floyd Vice- Chairman.

 He is currently the Presiding Prelate of the “Pentecost At Any Cost” Fellowship, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Perfecting Christian Pentecostal Connections, and the First Vice President of the United Clergy Coalition (U.C.C). Bishop Jamison is part of and has faithfully served with the following organizations:

Episcopal Overseer Paris T. Taylor

Episcopal Overseer Paris serves as the Senior Pastor of New Covenant Perfecting Ministries. He began to minister faithfully in the prisons admonishing the inmates to give their lives to Jesus.  Fellowship Institutional Christian Church licensed him in November 1987. In May of 1989, the Pentecostal Christian Connection ordained him into the office of pastor.   Overseer Taylor’s vision for ministry is that the people of God would not only be acquainted with God’s statistics, but they would know him intimately through life relations with the Holy Ghost.  He is the founder of Leaps & Bounds a male mentoring outreach for pre-teens to young adults.  Overseer Taylor is the co-founder of the Mighty Men of Valor convention.  He is highly motivated towards bringing God’s men into the right relationship and fellowship with God.  He is convinced that this is the only way men can reach the prominence of “Priest Prophet and King.” He is the founder of Love, Mercy, & Grace Ministries and also the A. Skip Taylor Reading Foundation, an outreach ministry of  New Covenant Perfecting Ministries and a community-based initiative.  He is the husband of Regina B. Taylor.  He is the proud father of 3 sons, Tyron, Esaias, and Paris Xavier, and 10 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.  Overseer Paris’ words to live by are, “When men of God approach their covenantal responsibility through Godly perspective, insight, and vision, then will we fortify the people of God and strengthen our covenantal   communities.”

Presiding Elder, Pastor Ralph F. Petty

Pastor Petty is the founder and pastor of City of Refuge Christian Church, located in St. Louis, Missouri.  He is recognized for his pastoral disposition, compassion for all people, strive for excellence, and his genuine shepherd’s heart.  He was educated in and graduated from the St. Louis Public School system.  He continued his education at Bishop’s College in Dallas, Texas, Bryan Institute, and Florissant Valley Community College, both located in St. Louis, Missouri.  He is an anointed preacher, prophet, teacher, and worship leader.  He is highly gifted in the area of administration and helps.  He has served as Associate and Youth Minister, Youth Pastor, and Church Administrator.  Called by God, Pastor Petty has embraced the unique ministry to which God has assigned him.  In response to the Apostolic Prophetic call on this life to minister healing and restoration to God’s people who are hurting and rejected, Pastor Petty founded the City of Refuge Christian Church on January 2, 2000.  Pastor Petty is the Presiding Elder and serves on the National Leadership Council for the Perfecting Covenant, Prevailing Connection reformation.  His motto is, “No matter what road in life you are on, there is Refuge in the City.”
